Cancel my bookings

Sinclair Cars recognizes that unforeseen circumstances do occur and passengers may have to cancel their booking. Passengers can cancel their reservation either by telephoning +44 (0)208 555 4777 or by sending us an email on - info@sinclaircars.com.

• Sinclair Cars offer free cancellation of reservations up to 24 hours prior to the time of booking.
• Cancellation of a reservation less than 24 hours and greater than 3 hours prior to the booked time will incur a £10 charge.
• Cancellation of a reservation less than 3 hours and greater than 1 hour of the booked time will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted fee for the booking.
• All reservations canceled less than 1 hour of the booked time will incur a charge of 100% of the fee quoted for the respective booking.
